The following is an interview we did with Mike Balm, the CEO of Emergo Wealth, where he describes his journey into the adoption and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and how Stirna has helped in this process.

What is Emergo Wealth and what do you do?

Emergo Wealth is a financial services company designed from the ground up to change the way some traditional financial services are consumed. By focussing on technology we enhance not just the service but also the delivery and hope to bring innovation to an industry where traditional players and products dominate. Our goal is to provide our clients with better service, better products and a better price.

When did you decide to make a transition to Dynamics 365? Why did you choose that system?

We have tried several competing products but due to the disparate nature of our services offering we never ‘fit the mold’, we knew we needed flexibility and integration and Dynamics 365 offered both.

How has the implementation been so far and at what stage in the process did you decide to seek outside consulting?

Dynamics 365 is a great solution but with flexibility comes complexity. It became clear in the early stages that we would need professional help to get to the solution we were looking for.

As we grow our business to sell and deliver new and innovative solutions in a different way, we need a product that can grow and adapt with us.
